INSTRUCTIONS:
1. DISCONNECT FUEL LINE FROM FUEL TANK TO FUEL FILTER. WRAP A WORKSHOP TOWEL
AROUND THE DISCONNECTED PARTS IN CASE OF ANY FUEL LEAKS OR SPILLS.
2. CHOOSE A SUITABLE T-CONNECTOR (NO. 4 - 13) AND CONNECT THE THE T-CONNECTOR
BETWEEN FUEL TANK AND FUEL FILTER.
3. CONNECT A SUITABLE MANOMETER TO THE T-CONNECTOR. REFER TO AUTO
MANUFACTURER’S SERVICE MANUAL FOR THE WORKING PRESSURE ON
ENGINE’S LOW PRESSURE SIDE. WHEN THE WORKING PRESSURE IS UNDER 5 BAR, THEN
USE MANOMETER -1 -5 BAR (NO. 1) . WHEN THE STANDARD WORKING PRESSURE IS ABOVE
5 BAR OR THE INFORMATION FOR SUCH PRESSURE IS ABSENT, USE MANOMETER -1 - 15
BAR (NO. 2).
IN CASE OF TIGHT SPACES, USE THE CONNECTOR
HOSE (NO. 3) AND CONNECT THE HOSE BETWEEN
THE T-CONNECTOR AND THE MANOMETER (FIG. 1).
4. CLEAN AND WIPE AWAY ANY FUEL LEAKS AROUND
EVERY CONNECTION POINT, AND MAKE SURE ALL
PARTS ARE SECURELY CONNECTED TO EACH
OTHER.
5. START THE ENGINE AND READ THE GAUGE.
COMPARE THE READING TO AUTO
MANUFACTURER’S SPECIFICATION.
